36th Annual San Antonio International Women's Day

Mujeres Marcharan Coalition is excited to host the 36th Annual and consecutive IWD commemoration in the city of San Antonio.  International WOmen's Day is a day of protest and unity a day where Women, LGBTQ and all oppressed gather and say NO MORE!  This revolutionary holiday began here in the United States with the struggle of Triangle Shirt Waste Factory fire killing the organized immigrant garment workers demanding dignified working conditions and spreading through out the world as a rallying call for Women Worker Rights!

This call still rings strong and true as the rights we fought for are being repealed by the strike of a pen. Women and all Oppressed need workers rights, rights and self determination over our health and bodies. We have the right to live in peace from persecution, hate and violence at home and abroad. We stand with women from all over the world taking the streets this day leading the way for liberation, keeping the  traditional flame alive of the power of united women and united peoples! Save the date and join us in turning our Fury into Fuerza sharpening our organizing and slicing through this capitalist imperialist system making way for a new liberated world filled with love, peace and liberation.

Love is our sword, truth is our compass.
