Been Ready!!! Still Ready!!! 4th Annual Reproductive Justice Lobby Day

BEEN READY!!! STILL READY!!!

Join Reale Justice Network, the Missouri–Kansas BIPOC Reproductive Justice Coalition, and Reproductive Justice advocates from across Missouri as we travel to the Missouri State Capitol for our 4th Annual Reproductive Justice Lobby Day on April 16, 2026.

This year’s theme — BEEN READY — is both a declaration and a reminder.
Black organizers. Black doulas. Black midwives. Black community caregivers.

We have been ready.
Despite medical racism.
Despite criminalization, disinvestment, surveillance, and systemic neglect.
Despite policies that endanger our bodies, our families, and our futures.

We have always been ready and we remain ready to serve, protect, advocate, and care for our communities.

Reproductive Justice Lobby Day is an opportunity for us to collectively exercise our right to speak directly with our elected officials and educate them on the issues that impact our lives, our health, and our ability to parent and birth with dignity and safety.

Held during Black Maternal Health Week, this Lobby Day centers the ongoing crisis facing Black communities around maternal, infant, and perinatal health while uplifting the leadership, solutions, and lived expertise of those most impacted.

Join Black birthworkers, doulas, midwives, organizers, and advocates working at the intersections of care, policy, and liberation as we rally, organize, and make our voices impossible to ignore inside Missouri’s State House.

This is Reproductive Justice FOR US.

Reproductive Justice BY US.

And never — ever — without us.

We’ve been ready.

We’re still ready.

And we’re showing up together.
