If you’ve been holding a lot lately — stress, pressure, emotion, or simply the weight of everything happening in the world — this space is for you.
This month, we’re exploring what it means to take up space — safely.
Not by pushing or performing.
But by gently noticing where you’ve learned to hold back… and allowing a little more of you to be here.

This is a space for women — cis, trans, and nonbinary — who feel aligned with women-centered healing to come together in movement, rest, and reconnection.
In a world that often asks us to shrink, stay quiet, or override what we feel, Brave Women offers something different — a chance to return to your body and experience expression and expansion in a way that feels grounded, supported, and real.
Because for many of us, being seen, heard, or fully expressed hasn’t always felt safe.
So we practice it slowly. Together.
Because when women come together like this…

There’s more room to breathe. More permission to move, feel, and express what’s been held in.

This isn’t something you have to force.
It’s something that builds, naturally, in the space.

You might come in feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or carrying the weight of your week…
And leave feeling more open, more connected, more like yourself.
Again and again, women say — this is exactly what I needed.
We’ll begin with JourneyDance®, a guided, freeform movement practice where you’re invited to explore sensation, emotion, and expression through your body — without choreography, pressure, or expectation.
Not bigger for the sake of being bigger.
Just less held back.
A little more honest. A little more present. A little more you.

We’ll then transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep rest.
Lying down and supported, you’ll be invited into a state between waking and sleeping — a place where the body can settle and gently integrate what’s been experienced.

It’s about staying with yourself. Letting your body lead.
