Dave Min, we demand that you stop paying lip service the immigrants rights struggle and actually listen to the increasing number of your constituents who support the abolishment of ICE!

June 2025: Dave Min, along with 74 other House Democrats, voted in favor of Resolution 488- a resolution to express “gratitude” to ICE.

January 2026: Dave Min, along with 153 other House Democrats, voted in favor of HR 7006, a budgetary appropriations bill, which advances the Trump administration’s extremist and war hawk agenda. The bill includes increased attacks on our reproductive rights including access to contraception, it gives 3.3 billion dollars to Israel as it perpetuates genocide, it crushes Palestinian autonomy, and does nothing to address Trump’s illegal and reckless warmongering towards Venezuela or other countries.
