Florence "We the People" Peaceful Rally and March

 Please come join Florence ORganizes for a Fourth of July Rally and March!
 We will come to  celebrate freedom, independence, resilience, community and democracy. Please bring only positive signs ( number 47 isn't invited)  This is a family friendly event . Kids and well behaved pets are invited.  
We will gather at City Hall under the overhang and  with a short sing along and an excerpt from the Declaration of  Independence. Then 60 of us will march to  the music of Song Rise String band. (Marchers will accompany them on kazoos!)  We will head  down Laurel St to Bay Street  to uplift the Florence Area Democratic Club at their booth near the viewing gardens, before heading back up Maple St. (We must stay on the sidewalks)
 For those folks that stay back at City Hall, please stay on the east side of  the highway. Jamie Smith and other musicians will be there to entertain you. Rock out, sing and dance! 
Remember this is a peaceful celebration. We practice non violence in action and words.
