About the National Movement:
On June 14, communities across the country will hold satirical “community circuses” to reflect the absurdity of the Trump-led military parade and the broader authoritarian drift in U.S. politics. The movement’s message: When you elect clowns, the country becomes a circus. But humor, say organizers, is powerful — and resistance can be both joyful and bold. This Glens Falls event joins dozens across the country in what may become the largest grassroots circus protest in U.S. history.
About the Glens Falls Queen Team:
Glens Falls Queen Team is a grassroots effort formed in response to the 2024 election to address the hyperlocal concerns of and challenges to the Glens Falls community as we endeavor to understand one another, protect one another, find hope and empowerment, and navigate life under a new administration.
