Participants are encouraged to visit the LARAC June Arts Festival happening nearby in City Park; a celebration of creativity, music, food, and independent artists. Some folks also plan to protest around the monument by City Park at noon. If you choose to hop into that one, please be respectful of the event.

Then, head to Floyd Bennett Park in Warrensburg from 4–5:30 p.m. for No Kings, another grassroots action hosted by Indivisible ADK/Saratoga.

On June 14, communities across the country will hold satirical “community circuses” to reflect the absurdity of the Trump-led military parade and the broader authoritarian drift in U.S. politics. The movement’s message: When you elect clowns, the country becomes a circus. But humor, say organizers, is powerful — and resistance can be both joyful and bold. This Glens Falls event joins dozens across the country in what may become the largest grassroots circus protest in U.S. history.
