Heart of the Valley Women's March

This is a feminist-led march in solidarity with the National People's March (formerly Women's March) in Washington, D.C. on January 18th, 2025. The overall message aligns with the National March, which is: "Our freedoms are inalienable, and we will not allow them to be threatened."

What we're matching for: Abortion access for all, reproductive justice, trans and queer rights, racial equality and justice, an end to fascism, freedom of speech, healthcare for all, immigration, an end to police brutality, an end to gun violence, amongst others.

The event will consist of peaceful picketing and protesting outside of Benton County Courthouse. All marching to take place on the sidewalks. All are welcome. 

Tentative Schedule:
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: March arrival, picketing at courthouse
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: March downtown. Route will be about 1 mile with 13ft of elevation gain, and take place downtown between Adams Ave. and Harrison Blvd.
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Speeches and all to action (pending location approval). 
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Return to courthouse, picketing, cleanup
1:00PM and after: Drinks and lunch at Common Fields (please RSVP to [email protected] for a headcount).
