Historic Filipinotown, Los Angeles Free America Weekend

Let's celebrate freedom with food, music, art, healing and community
On July 4th, 11am to 3pm, we will celebrate at Echo Park near Historic Filipinotown (Los Angeles, CA). This a potluck event with music, sing-along, art, games, healing movements for the whole family. We will also have a peaceful march around the park!
This gathering or "salo salo" is to build community, share food and stories, rejuvenate and have joy. Together, on this day, we will create the world we want to have and deserve as joy is a form of resistance.
