This is an outdoor event. Check the weather forecast, dress for the weather, and bring your water. Lakefront Park has limited bench seating, so you may want to bring your lawn chairs. We will not have food or beverage vendors at this event, so you also may want to bring a picnic or get what you need at Downtown Hudson's many shops and restaurants. Public restrooms are located at the Beach House in Lakefront Park, as well as at the nearby Hudson Public Library (https://hudsonpubliclibrary.org) and The Phipps Center for the Arts (https://thephipps.org). Parking is allowed along most public streets in Downtown Hudson and in its many public parking lots. A map of Downtown Hudson parking is at: https://www.hudsonwi.gov/382/Parking-Downtown This event is jointly hosted by HudsonWisc Indivisible and River Falls Indivisible. A core principle behind our event is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
