In celebration of International Women’s Day, with its origin in the struggle of mostly women garment workers in New York City in 1908 and its further enshrinement in the international socialist movement, we will be continuing the tradition of recognizing women’s vital role in the workers’ and peoples’ struggles.
Today, the attacks on Women and LGBTQ all over the world have intensified under the 2nd term of the reactionary Trump regime. Attacks on reproductive rights, on Trans rights, against working and immigrant women, and against victims of imperialist violence in Palestine and Congo — All of these give us the responsibility to take to the streets and fight back!
Join us on March 8th, 4:00PM @ City Hall.
Masks and hand-warmers will be provided.
