On International Women’s Day, we are uniting in a critical peaceful march and rally to defend our democracy before it’s too late, protect our rights, and stand in unwavering solidarity for justice. The threats to our freedoms are real, and we cannot afford to stand by. Join us as we show our collective power and commitment to a future where democracy is protected and everyone’s rights are upheld.

With the current administration moving at lightning speed to spread oppression and deny us our essential services and rights, we must act immediately to make our voices heard. While this protest is peaceful, we must make it clear that we are not going back to the oppressive ways of the last century and must set a clear vision for our country moving forward.

ABOUT THE MARCH
- Our program will commence at 11:00 AM PT at Waterfront Park by the fountain on the harbor side in front of the County Administration Building, 1600 Harbor Drive
- The 1.3-mile March will commence at 1600 Harbor Drive (harbor side front of the County Administration Building). We are marching south on Harbor Dr to the intersection of Pacific Hwy, looping back up to the county building on Pacific Highway to end the march.

- Parking recommendation: West of Pacific Highway and South of W. Beech Street.
- Lyft/Uber at Beech St. and Ash St. between Columbia & Front St.
