Empower thru Movement offers an exhilarating JourneyDance™ — a musical soul ride filled with breath, sweat, and fierce individual expression. 

Our session combines freestyle and guided improvisational dance and movement, providing a profound somatic movement experience. It’s designed to awaken deep feelings and empower you to express them freely — capturing the essence of dance and joy as acts of resistance.

Our goal is to stir both a physical and emotional awakening within you, revealing your most powerful self. 

Together, we will share this energy, boosting each other’s spirits and channeling our collective strength into the larger Women’s March movement. 

Our virtual space is all about inclusivity, care, and heartfelt connections, providing a sacred venue from the comfort of your home via Zoom, fostering solidarity and community.
