National Day of Action on Kaua'i

Two years after Roe vs. Wade was overturned, this country is in a state of emergency.
On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), issued the anticipated ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, allowing Mississippi’s 15 week abortion ban to take effect and overturning the landmark case, Roe v. Wade.
All across this nation, MAGA Republicans are doing whatever they can now in many states to consolidate their power, control our bodies, and silence women's voices. Judges are blatantly disregarding the law, science, and the limits of their own authority to dismantle our right to access abortion care, use contraception and access In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Women are in jeopardy now if Trump is elected because these laws will be codified across the nation, not just in Red states.
So on June 24, across the Nation and on the island of Kaua'i, we will mobilize in a show of power and solidarity. Please show up to protest, wave signs and share our freedom of speech to make certain women's rights do not disappear forever. We fought 100 years ago to obtain the vote and 50 years ago to make certain we have Reproductive freedom. We need to use our voice and our votes to fight for our civil rights. We will not go back!
This struggle is bigger than Roe v. Wade. We are not done fighting. And together, we will win! We look forward to women showing up to share their voices.
