NH Statewide Bridge Occupation. Liberty for All: Free America Weekend

NH Bridge Brigade for Democracy : 4th of July weekend call to action

Your freedom. Your people. Your rebellion:

Join the members of the  NH Bridge Brigade for Democracy. Our group coordinates major statewide & nationwide protests using a designated network of bridges throughout New Hampshire.

Action Details – Sunday, July 6th
Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Focus: Most protest signage will face southbound traffic as people are returning home from the three day weekend.
Exception: Route 101 (west of Manchester) signage can face east or west where ever possible.

Register for your bridge location through the sign up form found on NH Bridge Brigade for Democracy group page (There will be an announcement for when people can begin signing up in the coming days).

The Designated Bridge Network- 55 bridge overpasses:
  • I-93 from Salem, NH (MA border) to Littleton, NH.
  • I-95 from Seabrook, NH (MA border) to Portsmouth, NH (Maine boarder).
  • I-89 from Concord, NH to Lebanon, NH.
  • The Everette Turnpike/I-293: Nashua to Concord.
  • Route 101 east of Manchester to the seacoast.

Our Role & Safety Mission
While NH Bridge Brigade is not affiliated with other NH pro-democracy organizations such as NH-50501, Indivisible groups, or NH Forward, we work closely with their members to coordinate participation and ensure even distribution of bridge coverage.
As a central command center, we:
  • Track real-time bridge location registration
  • Monitor density and coverage across the state
  • Coordinate redistribution of participants as needed
  • Maintain a line of communication for real-time safety concerns, especially in cases involving counter-protesters
  • Vet and designate bridges based on safety and visibility

Resources
Our group page provides:
  • Sign and banner-making guides
  • Civil disobedience procedures
  • Safety tips
  • A robust chat network for sharing ideas and updates

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or would like to coordinate further.
Thank you for your attention and support.

CELEBRATE FREEDOM. IGNITE YOUR REBELLION

Independence Day is about the fight for freedom. The American Revolution was a stand against tyranny and kings. That same spirit has lived on—from the Boston Tea Party to the Underground Railroad, from Stonewall to the Civil Rights Movement.

America is in crisis. Real democracy feels out of reach. Freedom is in trouble.

This July 4th weekend, while the U.S. marks Independence Day, we’ll gather across the country—on porches, in town squares, backyards, bridges and streets—to stand for real freedom and build a vision of a Free America brick by brick.

Free America is wherever we are. Free America is whatever we make it.

THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO TAKE IT BACK.
