Join Empower thru Movement on Saturday, January 20, 12-1:30pm ET, when we rise up, move, and groove together to reclaim our power, exclaim our commitment to reproductive freedom, proclaim our defense of democracy, and declaim against anyone who tries to keep us down.
Empower thru Movement will take you on a JourneyDance™ soul ride through breath, sweat, and individual expression.
It will be a freestyle and guided improvisational dance and movement session that will inspire you to feel what needs to be felt and to express what needs to be expressed.
Our intention is to evoke within you a physical and emotional experience of your most powerful self — and for us to share that with one another and then to add our pure, powerful energy to the greater collective Women’s March movement.
Empower thru Movement creates an inclusive, caring, heartfelt, and sacred space for all people to express themselves from the comfort of home in the spirit of solidarity and community through Zoom.
