UNITE & RESIST-MENTAL HEALTH CHECK IN

This event will be a mental health check and open dialogue. Life is utterly terrifying right now for so many people. The government, Trump’s administration, life, work, kids, and everything in between. Take a deep breath and pause.

IT IS OK, TO NOT BE OK!

We will not discuss anything about democracy or what Trump’s administration is doing. We will have communication about our thoughts and feelings. We cannot continue to resist if we are mentally burned out. We will end up giving up and we cannot. This administration is changing every hour and throwing so many things at us every second, and we can barely keep up. What Trump is doing is very strategic.

It is time to do a mental health check. How are you feeling? What are coping strategies that help you? I hope you will join us as we step away from all the BS that is happening on the outside and talk about your emotions. Join us at Wertman Photography and Studios to discuss our emotions, coping strategies, and show each other love and empathy.

Please bring items that will allow you to be comfortable such as blankets, pillows, etc. I cannot wait to meet all of you! This event is from 10am-12pm. Afterwards, we will march on the sidewalk to reach 8 Public Square, Hagerstown, MD 21740, (1/2 mile up the street) and attend the protest.
