Enjoy music and speeches addressing environmental protection, poverty, civil rights, indigenous rights, women's rights, worker's rights, reproductive rights, immigrant rights, gay rights, trans rights and voting rights. Leave invigorated and ready to take action to defend Democracy!
The Upper Cumberland People's Rally for Democracy is RAIN OR SHINE, Saturday, January 18, 12 noon to 4 PM, at the Dogwood Park Performance Pavilion. The pavilion has a large, covered area. If it is raining, we will bring some of the audience up on the stage and set up canopies in the area in front of the pavilion. Bring your rain gear, lawn chairs and a canopy tent, if you have one. Bring weights or gallon water bottles to weigh the canopy tent down. The park does not allow us to use any stakes.
