‘We The People’ Rally
From small towns to big cities, we’re rising up to say: We The People come first. We The People have had enough of the greedy, cruel, and authoritarian actions of the current administration. They have passed legislation that will:
- Rip health care away from 17 million people, including children, seniors, and people with disabilities, by gutting Medicaid
- Cut food stamps (SNAP), forcing millions of working families to make impossible choices between groceries and rent
- Slash critical FEMA funding, leaving communities vulnerable to hurricanes, wildfires, and other disasters
- Eliminate free and reduced-price school lunches, taking food off the trays of children who rely on it to learn and grow
- Tear apart families of our immigrant family members, neighbors, coworkers, and friends
All to hand billions in tax giveaways to a handful of billionaires and greedy corporations, and funnel more money into ICE abductions and endless wars.
This is unacceptable.
