Women's Wave 2022

Join us on Saturday, October 8th for a national day of action to help us send the message: Women demand our rights.

Women all around the country are uniting for a fall of reckoning. We will not sit back and accept the attacks on our families, future, and our freedom.

And since October 8th marks 30 days until Election Day, we’re more fired up than ever to elect more women and pro-choice candidates around the country — we’re ready for the Women’s Wave!

Join us.

Meet us at the Frederick County Courthouse steps and park in the courthouse garage as it’s free on weekends. We need volunteers to assist with holding banners and lots of signs and flags for those that might join late. We will be marching through downtown and returning to the courthouse where we encourage those who want to continue hold a sign holding event. Bring your bullhorns and speak your piece through the streets but above all STAY SAFE! Bring personal beverages as none will be provided this time.
