Yoga & Social Justice: Cultivating Clarity With Saucha

Cultivating Clarity with Saucha. Yoga & Social Justice Virtual Circle
Sunday, November 8, 2026
⏱️ 4:00 PM Eastern
(3 PM Central | 2 PM Mountain | 1 PM Pacific)
Duration: 90 minutes
On Zoom

Join Yoga Connexus for a virtual circle exploring the first Niyama, Saucha, translated as clarity, and its connection to social justice. Together, we’ll consider how clearing away what is not helpful — habits, assumptions, inner monologue, distractions, and expectations — can cultivate greater clarity in our thoughts, choices, and actions.

We will explore yoga philosophy through yoga chanting, accessible movement, meditation, energy work using the breath, a Dharma talk, guided reflection, shared silence, and rest. No prior yoga experience or prior attendance is needed.

Optional Supplies:
Water or tea
A journal of any kind
A sturdy chair that is easy for you to move
A gazing object
A comfortable, easeful way of being!
