Yoga & Social Justice Virtual Circle for IWD

This International Women's Day, let's be brave together. Join us for a Yoga & Social Justice Virtual Circle, March 8 at 5PM Eastern (4 PM Central, 3 PM Mountain, 2 PM Pacific). Pause. Breathe. Root in. From that steadiness, we return to our communities ready to demonstrate women’s collective power to resist, the impact of our noncompliance, and our will to build a better world.
Yoga? And Social Justice? Yes! Yoga is a whole practice with roots in ethics, awareness, breath, and collective care. This space invites us to explore those deeper dimensions together, in ways that support both personal grounding and shared action.
In times of social strain and uncertainty, many of us are asking how to stay grounded, connected, and courageous without burning out. This is a space to pause and practice together. We root in the deeper purpose of yoga: awareness, care, and meaningful action. We gather to steady ourselves, to listen, and to remember we don’t have to do this work alone.
Our Yoga & Social Justice Virtual Circle will include chanting, journaling & meditation, accessible asana (yoga poses), and energy work using the breath. All you need to bring is yourself! Suggested supplies to have on hand: water/tea, journal, candle or gazing object, comfy pants!

We may not admit logins with anonymous names, emails, or those that include profanity or violent references. Thanks for helping us co-create a space rooted in care.
